3 Bedroom Luxury- The Contessa Luxury Apartments would be considered as being sub-penthouse in size, due to their extremely spacious design especially their enormous lounge rooms. These apartments have either a north eastern or north western aspect, the wrap around balconies providing 280 degree views of the Gold Coast.

2 Bedroom Deluxe- The 2 Bedroom Deluxe Apartments at Contessa are large and comfortable providing guests with a spacious feel of luxury. These units are north facing and provide 180 degree views from the Pacific Ocean to the east, north to the Broadwater and west towards the Hinterland ranges.

2 Bedroom Luxury- When you like space to spread out, Contessa offers extra-large 2 Bedroom Luxury Apartments, with a separate study/meals area. The floor area in these apartments is the same as 3 Bedroom Luxury Apartment.
